White Chocolate ClemenGold

(perhaps mention what a Gimlet is: traditionally a gin with lime juice, but you can use lemon juice as well)

With a little more effort, you have a dessert-like treat to enjoy during a weekend away, while hosting close friends at home, or when celebrating a special occasion.

Ingredients

35ml ClemenGold Gin TM
35ml white cacao
10ml ClemenGold® syrup (recipe below)
50ml cream
10ml lemon juice
4 dashes of orange bitters

Method

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice
Shake vigorously
Fine strain into a coupe glass and garnish with white chocolate and fresh citrus shavings
