Return and Refund Policy

14 Day Standard Return Policy

We strive to deliver to your doorstep only the best of our ClemenGold GinTM bottles. If you are not completely satisfied with your ClemenGold Gin™ for any reason, we will offer you a replacement on your order or a refund. This will need to be communicated to us within 14 days of you receiving your gin order.

To ensure your request is processed as quickly as possible, you are responsible for ensuring that the bottle is sealed and has not been opened, and the original packaging is intact and not damaged. Failure to adhere to these guidelines could delay the processing of your request or even result in its decline altogether.

If you would like to return a ClemenGold GinTM bottle, please notify us at merle@anb-pm.com. Please place the item securely in its original packaging and include proof of purchase. Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us.

Not what you ordered?

If the product is not as described on the website upon arrival, please notify us at merle@fruitalyst.com with an image of the delivery within 14 days of receiving the product. Once we have validated your return, we will replace the product with the correct one.

Products damaged on delivery?

Please inspect the package upon delivery and should the bottle(s) of ClemenGold GinTM be damaged, kindly contact us at merle@fruitalyst.com with an image of the damaged product within 14 days of delivery of the product. Once we have inspected the product and validated your claim, we will arrange a replacement or refund for the damaged product.

Products are defective?

If you have received a ClemenGold Gin™ bottle(s) which turns out to be defective, please notify us as soon as possible after the delivery of the product, but within 14 days of delivery of the product, at merle@fruitalyst.com and we will arrange for a refund or exchange of the product.

The following will not be regarded as part of defects and will not entitle you to a return or refund:

  • damage arising from negligence, user or incorrect usage of the product;
  • damage arising from unauthorized alterations to the product;
  • where the specifications of the product, although accurately described on the website and generally fit for its intended purpose, do not suit you; and signs of rehandling and/or repackaging.
