Our smooth yet complex ClemenGold Gin™ is made using natural and locally sourced ingredients. The process to create this sun-kissed gin involves a combination of maceration and vapour infusion. Maceration is where botanicals are steeped in the liquid in the pot of the still. The distinctive aroma is obtained through vapour infusion, where the more delicate botanicals are placed in two baskets which sit above the pot still. Each drop of ClemenGold Gin™ passes through these botanicals and the more delicate aromatic oils are extracted from them.
