250g sugar; ½ cup water
2-3 ClemenGold® (or other citrus) peels
½ cup lime juice


Heat ingredients in a pan over medium heat until sugar dissolves
Bring to the boil and simmer until it achieves a syrupy consistency
Strain and store for future use
