25ml ClemenGold Gin™
10ml Gingerbread syrup*
Garnish with a dehydrated orange wheel and biscotti
Add ice or a large ice rock to a tumbler.
Combine the gin, amaretto, gingerbread
syrup and bitters in a mixing glass.
Add ice and stir until well chilled.
Using a hawthorne strainer, strain the mix into the tumbler.
Garnish and enjoy!
Place sugar, water, ginger and cinnamon in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Simmer for 5 minutes or until the sugar has dissolved. Add vanilla essence and allow to cool. Store in a clean bottle.
Store bought alternative: Nettari Gingerbread syrup.
